Kennedy Automotive Services

We've been customers for years, service fluctuates with new hires, employees leaving, managment changes, the prices are a little high, BUT all of this considered my vehicles are safe, and reliable, and the problems are fixed. Communication could be better! I will continue to use Kennedy's Auto EXCEPT for those few simple things the hubs can do at home for just parts prices. LOL!

Great, fast, reliable service with good pricing. Open communication on vehicle status throughout the entire process. As someone who grew up in the industry and performed all their own maintenance prior to moving to Wilmington - 10/10 recommend.

Kennedy Automotive has kept my truck maintenance and repairs up for me for many years. I have a diesel F250 and they do great work! Good to have competent diesel technicians in such a great location. Five stars for these guys all the way.

I took my Ford Edge to Kennedy Automotive for a thorough inspection before an upcoming road trip. I really appreciated their honesty—they didn't push unnecessary repairs. Beyond a quick filter change, they discovered that my 1.5-year-old battery wasn't holding the proper readings. I’m glad they caught it now rather than having it fail on the road. Great peace of mind!

I needed an inspection for my registration renewal and found Kennedy while driving by their location. Polly, the receptionist was pleasant and very efficient. My vehicle did not pass inspection because it needed new tires and it had an exhaust leak. Polly ordered the tires and we set up a time for me to drop my vehicle off so they could do the diagnostic for the leak. Scott, the manager, called and filled me in on what was wrong and gave me plenty of information regarding prices and even gave me a heads up on something else I may want to have repaired later. I agreed to the repairs and they had them done in a timely fashion. It can be very nerve wracking to have to do vehicle repairs, because you never know if the mechanic is honest or timely. They were definitely both here at Kennedy. I will definitely use them the next time my vehicle needs something and I will be recommending them to anyone else I speak to who needs vehicle service. Great job guys! Thank you!
